At Castor and Pollux Coffee, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and other food-grade items, we maintain a strict No Return Policy once an order has been shipped.

  • All sales of coffee and food-grade products are final and non-refundable once they have been shipped.
